This is the first in a series of " Great Jewish Debates." The focus of the session is on the role of "married monks" in Jewish tradition. We will immerse ourselves in a few wild stories from the Talmud, including the famous story of Rabbi Akiva and his wife Rachel. No doubt that our time together will offer us some insights on the battle of the sexes and what a meaningful life looks likeboth in the United States and in Israel today.
This is a virtual event and will be hosted on zoom. Please call or email to receive a link for the event.
