Lights On! Unity Within Diversity will be held Sunday April 27, from 2:00 – 5:00 pm at the Milford Town Hall auditorium. The event will invite attendees to explore the Golder Rule, a fundamental principle of many otherwise diverse faith communities, as means to bridge religious and political divides. The program will feature speakers from faith groups throughout the region: Syed Sibte Hassan Jafir, Islamic Society of Greater Nashua; Rabbi Jon Spira-Savett, Temple Beth Abraham, Nashua; Elder & Chief Paul Bunnell, Ko'asek traditional band of the sovereign Abenaki Nation; Mindy Olsen, Monadnock Baha'i Community; Rev. Ed Frost, Priest-in-Charge, Church of Our Saviour, an Episcopal Church, Milford. The Speakers are followed by small-group discussions, there are children's activitties and light snacks provided.
