"If You See Something, Say Something" is a one hour virtual course. Developed and presented by Leigh Ioffe, it teaches participants to identify the signs of one struggling with mental health or suicide.

At CTeen of NH our goal is to create a safe community for all of our teens. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, mental health needs to be openly discussed in order to create a safe and accepting community.

Teens in 9th-12th grade, please join us on Monday, November 9th at 7:30PM for a one hour crash course on spotting the signs of suicide.
