The Regional Director, New England will play a critical role in ensuring more Jewish children experience excellent Jewish camp. This position will strengthen and expand FJC’s presence in the Boston area and across New England by building, supporting, and leveraging strong relationships with regional Jewish camps and local Jewish federations and foundations.

The Regional Director will provide camps with professional development and training, grant opportunities, and networking connections, serving as a trusted partner and resource. This role calls for a proactive leader with exceptional relationship-building skills and a deep commitment to advancing FJC’s regional goals and strategic initiatives.

In addition to regionally focused responsibilities, the Regional Director will oversee select programs and initiatives with field-wide impact. This position is part of FJC’s growing regional strategy and team, which already includes regional centers in the Southeast, Midwest, and West Coast.
