At 7 pm the book club will begin with a discussion of Rebecca Kanner's novel, Sinners and the Sea: The Untold Story of Noah's Wife. At 7:30, we will have an opportunity to Skype with the author from her home base in Minneapolis.

Publisher's Weekly wrote that Noah's unnamed wife is a powerful, memorable character.

Kirkus Reviews: Kanner successfully undertakes a formidable task retelling a familiar religious story through the eyes of Noah's wife. The narrative's well-articulated, evenly balanced, and stimulating - but it's definitely not the familiar tale that's so frequently illustrated in children's books.
