Temple Israel Portsmouth congregants and friends look forward to welcoming composer, multi-instrumentalist, and prayer leader Elana Arian as Artist-in-Residence for a very special Shabbat. One of the leading voices in contemporary Jewish music across the globe, Elana Arian's concert will feature her original compositions. Dessert will be served to end the evening on an even sweeter note.

Register for concert tickets via the temple website calendar. Suggested ticket donation of $18 benefits the Temple Israel Music Fund, the primary sponsor of this event. Elana Arian’s visit was previously scheduled for 2022; prior ticket contributions will be honored.

Additional weekend programs:
Friday, November 10, 6:00 pm: Elana will join Rabba Kaya Stern-Kaufman for a musical Kabbalat Shabbat service in the historic sanctuary. After the service, attendees are invited to a community potluck dinner in the Levenson Social Hall. All are encouraged to bring a dairy / vegetarian / pareve dish to share.

Saturday, November 11, 10:00 am, Elana joins Rabba Kaya in the sanctuary to co-lead an uplifting and resonant service, followed by a catered kiddush luncheon.
