Temple member, Louis Haskell, is an attorney who has practiced law in the city of Lowell for over 30 years. He has a busy immigration practice, with a particular emphasis on the Southeast Asian community. HIs office speaks Thai, Cambodian, Lao, Spanish, and Portuguese, although Attorney Haskell describes himself as decidedly monolingual.
